MUSIC THAT BRINGS OUR STORIES TO LIFE
Besides making great movies and TV shows, we love making music. Our favorite part of the creative collaboration process is introducing unknown artists to the world, including songwriters and recording artists, as well as concept writers and actors.
We are proud to have worked with Grammy Award-winning music producer Randy Jackson to develop four original soundtracks for our biggest project to date, Family Movie Night. We assembled a mix of established and new artists to deliver just the right vibe and emotion for each of the movies. During this creative process, we developed 33 original songs, recording many of them at Henson Recording Studios in Hollywood, California.
The CD soundtracks were bundled with the DVD movies, with approximately 800,000 units sold nationwide at Walmart stores. We were thrilled when one of our songs by Brooke White, “Change,” ascended to 29th on the Top 40 Adult Contemporary chart in the U.S.A. on July 3, 2010.
